Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Service Assistant to join our luxury property team on the Gold Coast. This full-time, on-site role is vital in ensuring our high-net-worth guests receive unparalleled service and a seamless experience. As a Concierge Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many guests, providing personalized recommendations, managing requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the prestige and quality of our brand. Due to the nature of luxury hospitality, this role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests and residents upon arrival and departure.
- Provide comprehensive information about the property's services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally, including reservations, transportation, and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and concierge desk area.
- Manage luggage handling and storage as required.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including logging requests and maintaining records.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of luxury service and discretion.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance.
- Respond to emergency situations and guest complaints with calm professionalism, escalating as necessary.
