Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an RF Scanner Operator in our state-of-the-art, fast-paced warehouse located in Nerang, Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in an active environment and is committed to accuracy and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless movement of goods through scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Full training on RF scanning equipment and our Warehouse Management System will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate RF scanning equipment to accurately pick, pack, and put-away products.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items match order specifications.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as required.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles, following established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading orders and completing documentation.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Current Forklift License (LF/LO) highly regarded but not essential.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
