Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and eager to learn the art of barista craftsmanship? The Coffee Club is seeking enthusiastic Barista Trainees to join our vibrant team in Mount Isa. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in talent and potential! We provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program that will equip you with all the skills needed to create the perfect cup of coffee, master latte art, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly cafe environment. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in our comprehensive barista training program.
- Learn to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages to The Coffee Club's high standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning espresso machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and general cafe area.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and processing payments.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
- Stock and replenish coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
