Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Student Placement to join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Lead. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video posts, tailored for different social media channels.
- Schedule and publish social media content using scheduling tools.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and community engagement, responding to comments and messages as appropriate.
- Support in analyzing social media performance data and generating reports to inform future strategies.
- Research industry best practices and emerging social media trends to keep ECU's strategy innovative.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content ideas.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a relevant tertiary degree (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies).
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
