Job Description
Join Pearson Education as a Remote Standardized Test Scorer, a seasonal work-from-home opportunity crucial for evaluating student performance on various standardized tests. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home. You will apply scoring rubrics consistently and accurately to student responses, ensuring fair and reliable assessment outcomes. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in any field and a keen eye for detail. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to meet scoring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately score student responses to open-ended questions according to established rubrics.
- Maintain scoring reliability and consistency throughout the scoring project.
- Participate in mandatory virtual training and calibration sessions.
- Adhere to strict scoring deadlines and quality control measures.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all test materials and student information.
- Communicate effectively with scoring supervisors regarding any scoring anomalies or challenges.
Required Skills
