Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Guitar String Winding Assistant to join our production team in Saanich. This is an entry-level factory role ideal for individuals with excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for music. No prior experience in string winding is required as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of high-quality guitar strings that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate specialized string winding machinery under supervision.
  • Load and unload raw materials (cores, wraps) accurately.
  • Monitor machinery for proper operation and report any issues.
  • Perform quality checks on finished strings to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Package finished guitar strings for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
