Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all phases of a rigorous training program to achieve certification as a Train Dispatcher.
- Learn and apply railway operating rules, signals, and safety protocols under direct supervision.
- Monitor train movements using advanced dispatching systems and communication tools.
- Communicate effectively with train crews, maintenance personnel, and other railway staff.
- Respond to and manage abnormal operating conditions, emergencies, and service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of train movements and incidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
