Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and mentorship opportunities.
- Learn to supervise waste collection crews, ensuring daily routes are completed efficiently and safely.
- Assist in monitoring waste collection operations for adherence to established procedures and environmental regulations.
- Develop understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements and reporting protocols.
- Support the management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Learn to identify and resolve operational issues under guidance from senior supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and other departmental staff.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and promote a safety-conscious work environment.
