Job Description

Wyoming Commercial Properties Group is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Real Estate & Property Management Intern with a focus on commercial properties. This role is designed for individuals seeking to learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate operations, property management, and market analysis within a dynamic professional environment. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable insights into the day-to-day workings of a thriving commercial real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data on local commercial real estate trends, vacancy rates, and rental comparables.
- Support the preparation of property reports, marketing materials, and lease documentation.
- Help maintain property databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Shadow team members on property tours, tenant meetings, and site inspections.
- Participate in special projects related to property development, leasing, or strategic planning.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the commercial real estate and property management industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and principles.
- Previous office or customer service experience (volunteer or paid).
- Experience with real estate specific software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus but not required.
