Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Toy Store Restocking Associate! If you enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment and are available for evening shifts, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our toy shelves are always full, organized, and ready for our guests, making every shopping trip a joyful experience. This is an on-site position at our Roseville location, contributing to the magic of play for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock toy shelves with new merchandise according to planograms.
- Organize and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing toy section.
- Process incoming shipments, including unpacking, counting, and sorting items.
- Assist in inventory counts and help identify fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Ensure all items are correctly priced and clearly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during evening hours.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Availability for evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in a retail, warehouse, or stocking role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Positive attitude and a passion for creating a fun shopping experience.
