Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Trial Manager to join our dynamic team in Vancouver. This role is crucial for overseeing the operational execution of assigned clinical trials from study start-up through close-out, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates looking to make Vancouver their new home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of assigned clinical trials.
  • Develop, manage, and track trial budgets and timelines.
  • Lead and participate in the selection and oversight of CROs and other third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, GCP, and company SOPs.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on trial progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Review and approve clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and monitoring plans.
  • Facilitate investigator meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in the resolution of complex operational issues and audit findings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex clinical trials independently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Experience with global clinical trials.
  • Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP, SoCRA).
  • Therapeutic area experience in virology, oncology, or inflammatory diseases.
