Job Description
Join Leslie’s Pool Supplies as a Residential Pool Cleaning Technician and become an essential part of our outdoor service team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, value physical activity, and love being outdoors. You will be responsible for maintaining a dedicated route of residential pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and sparkling. Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to various residential locations on an assigned daily route.
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying skimmer/pump baskets.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.).
- Add necessary chemicals to maintain optimal water quality.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning and report any issues or repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used for each pool.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding pool status and services.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, general maintenance, or a service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
