Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our growing team in Peterborough. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring properties are immaculately clean and ready for new occupants. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and take pride in transforming spaces, we want to hear from you. A company van is provided for all work-related travel, and we offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties at the end of a tenancy, adhering to a high standard checklist.
- Clean all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, windows, and floors.
- Deep clean kitchens, including appliances (ovens, hobs, fridges, freezers, microwaves) and cupboards.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and tiles.
- Remove all rubbish and ensure properties are free of debris.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Manage cleaning supplies and stock levels for efficient workflow.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leaders regarding cleaning progress and any issues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in professional cleaning, ideally in an end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning capacity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with professional cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- Customer service experience.
