Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring designer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing professionals to create compelling visual content across various digital and print platforms. We are looking for someone with a strong foundational understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning and growing their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent graphics, icons, and illustrations.
- Support the team with image research, editing, and optimization.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Ensure all design projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Learn and apply feedback to improve design work and processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new software and design techniques.
- A portfolio demonstrating design capabilities (student projects welcome).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles (e.g., UI/UX considerations).
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
