Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for cleanliness? Coastal Glow Tanning & Spa is looking for a Tanning Salon Consultant to join our vibrant team in Bonavista, NL. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow, as full training will be provided. You’ll be the face of our salon, assisting clients with their tanning needs, maintaining a pristine environment, and promoting our services. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, check them in, and ensure a positive salon experience from arrival to departure.
- Educate clients on tanning packages, products, and services, effectively promoting sales and memberships.
- Operate tanning equipment, including bed preparation, sanitization, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the salon, including tanning rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing the point-of-sale system.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform light laundry duties and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are adhered to at all times.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
