Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Data Clerk. This is an entry-level, office-based position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in environmental data management and sustainability. You will play a crucial role in collecting, inputting, and verifying data related to greenhouse gas emissions for our diverse client base. Full training will be provided, ensuring you develop the necessary skills and understanding of environmental reporting standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and input greenhouse gas emissions data from various sources into internal systems and databases.
- Perform initial data quality checks and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or missing data for further investigation by senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of routine data summaries and reports under guidance.
- Maintain organised records of all data sources and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data-related queries.
- Adhere to established data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of environmental regulations and data management best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Preferred Qualifications
