Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and vacation packages from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers virtually in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, itineraries, prices, and travel restrictions.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately using our proprietary systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to bookings, payments, and travel plans with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, supplier products, and company policies.
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, booking volume, and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or travel-related role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
- Certification from a recognized travel school or industry association.
- Demonstrated personal travel experience across various destinations.
