Job Description

Premier Plumbing & HVAC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HVAC Installation Assistant to join our growing team in Chattanooga. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to gain hands-on training from seasoned professionals. You’ll learn the fundamentals of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, while contributing to real-world projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learn to properly use and maintain a variety of tools and equipment.
- Help transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Complete tasks as assigned by senior technicians.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in how things work.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
