Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor to join our team. This active role involves distributing marketing materials, such as flyers and door hangers, to target neighborhoods within Fayetteville, NC. You will play a crucial part in our local outreach efforts, ensuring our listings and services reach potential clients directly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being active outdoors, has excellent time management skills, and takes pride in contributing to a dynamic marketing strategy. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute systematic distribution of real estate marketing flyers and door hangers in designated residential areas.
- Follow pre-planned walking routes efficiently and meticulously.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company in the community.
- Report daily distribution progress and any encountered issues to the marketing coordinator.
- Ensure marketing materials are distributed accurately and without damage.
- Adhere to all local regulations and company policies regarding flyer distribution.
