Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Yoga Studio Receptionist to join our team at the Sheffield club. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for wellness and a desire to provide exceptional customer service in a peaceful and inspiring environment. As the first point of contact for our yoga studio, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. This entry-level position offers full training and the fantastic perk of free yoga classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all members and visitors to the yoga studio.
- Manage class bookings, cancellations, and inquiries efficiently using our booking system.
- Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items accurately.
- Provide information about our yoga programs, classes, and studio amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and studio common spaces.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the yoga studio.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Support the yoga instructors and studio manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliability and strong organizational skills.
