Job Description

Target is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Personal Shoppers / Order Pickers. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online orders, ensuring our guests receive the right products at the right time. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items for online orders using a hand-held device.
- Navigate the sales floor efficiently to locate products quickly.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of items selected, especially for perishable goods.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory or order discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional service by ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer or smartphone literacy for order fulfillment devices.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service environment (even non-paid or volunteer).
