Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently bag food orders according to customer specifications.
- Verify order accuracy before handing bags to drive-thru customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window area.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service during order hand-off.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and order takers.
- Handle cash and card payments as needed, ensuring transaction accuracy.
