Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Onion Peeling Operative to join our vibrant factory team in Riverside, CA. This entry-level position is crucial to our food processing operations, ensuring the quality and preparation of ingredients for our diverse client base. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in a dynamic factory environment. You will be responsible for the safe and hygienic preparation of onions, working within a structured team to meet production targets. Weekly pay ensures a consistent income.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually peel and prepare onions according to specified quality standards and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain assigned peeling equipment, performing basic cleaning and ensuring readiness for use.
- Monitor product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety (HACCP), hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other general factory duties as required.
