Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience.
- Operate standard office equipment and banking software after receiving full training.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
