Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and participating in recreational activities.
- Help individuals develop and achieve personal goals outlined in their care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
- Document observations, activities, and progress accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and continuous professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
