Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist individuals in accessing community resources and participating in recreational activities.
  • Help individuals develop and achieve personal goals outlined in their care plans.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
  • Document observations, activities, and progress accurately and timely.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions and continuous professional development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact
