Job Description
Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual looking for an easy-to-learn role in a dynamic retail environment? King Soopers is seeking a Self-Checkout Monitor to join our Fort Collins team. This is an entry-level position where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience by providing assistance at our self-checkout lanes. Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor self-checkout stations to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with scanning and payment processes.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues at self-checkout terminals.
- Process customer transactions and handle payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the self-checkout area.
- Answer customer questions about products, store layout, and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve any checkout-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure age-restricted purchases are handled according to company policy.
