Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and effectively (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform quality checks on products and packages to ensure they meet Amazon's standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and performance goals.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to changing work priorities and contribute positively to team success.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written safety procedures and instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
