Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new clients, building a robust portfolio of shippers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to ensure profitable and efficient transportation solutions.
- Source and secure reliable carriers for various freight types, including FTL, LTL, and specialized cargo.
- Manage the entire shipping process from initial quote to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Proactively resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during transit.
- Utilize our proprietary technology and industry tools to optimize logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
