Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order requirements using handheld scanners and other technology.
- Safely operate equipment, such as pallet jacks or carts, after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure correct orders are picked.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- No prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or order picking is necessary – full training provided.
- Basic understanding of English for following safety instructions and communicating with team members.
