Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Grants Administrator to join our team, working remotely from Stockton, CA, and supporting various government-funded programs. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of our grant-related activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in the lifecycle of government grants, from application support and compliance monitoring to reporting and stakeholder communication. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to impactful government projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of grant applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to funder guidelines.
- Monitor grant compliance, tracking expenditures, progress, and reporting deadlines for various government-funded projects.
- Maintain accurate and organized grant records, including documentation of communications, approvals, and financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies and sub-grantees, regarding grant requirements and updates.
- Prepare regular financial and programmatic reports as required by funding agencies.
- Research and interpret government grant regulations and policies to ensure organizational adherence.
- Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation as requested.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in grant administration.
Required Skills
