Job Description
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Sponsorship Coordinator to join our dynamic Media & Sponsorship team. This 100% remote position requires an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify, engage, and secure brand sponsorships for our diverse portfolio of live events and festivals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential brand partners, crafting compelling proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify potential brand sponsors whose values and target audience align with Live Nation's events.
- Initiate outreach to prospective brands through various channels, including cold calling, email, and professional networking.
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and marketing objectives of each brand.
- Negotiate sponsorship terms, conditions, and deliverables to maximize revenue and value for both Live Nation and our partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
- Collaborate closely with internal event production, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration and activation of sponsorships.
- Track, analyze, and report on sponsorship performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in brand partnerships and sponsorship activation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or event coordination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive messages.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity for building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
- Basic understanding of brand marketing, advertising, and event sponsorship principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience specifically in sponsorship sales or brand partnerships within the entertainment or sports industry.
- Familiarity with the live events landscape and current entertainment trends.
- Experience using virtual communication and collaboration tools effectively.
