Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Hotel Manager to lead operations at our exquisite Emerald Suites Boutique Hotel in McKinney, TX. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in hospitality management, an eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, financial performance, and maintaining the hotel’s distinctive brand identity. We offer Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and property maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hotel reputation and profitability.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and purchasing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and build lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on hotel performance for senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish).
