Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Federal Reserve / Central Bank Assistant to join our team in a secure facility located in St. Paul, MN. This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations and public service within a highly secure and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records for various operational processes.
- Assist with the organization and management of sensitive documents and materials within strict security protocols.
- Conduct routine security checks and ensure continuous compliance with facility access procedures.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and overseeing supply inventory.
- Assist visitors and personnel with secure facility access, verifying proper identification and authorization.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold the highest standards of operational efficiency and security.
- Adhere strictly to all Federal Reserve policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
