Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join us as Cinema Hosts. As a Cinema Host, you will be the face of Vue, responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful visit. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where full training will be provided, making it perfect for those eager to start a career in the leisure and entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them with their queries.
- Process ticket sales and promote our fantastic loyalty programs.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of food and beverage items at our concessions stand.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cinema lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Assist with crowd control and guiding guests to their screens.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
