Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our vibrant team at Yellow Chilli Restaurant & Bar in Surulere. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who live within walking distance or a very short commute to our establishment, as proximity is a key priority for this role. If you have a passion for hospitality, a desire to learn, and are eager to provide excellent service, we encourage you to apply. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in all aspects of the role, regardless of prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and seat them promptly.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their meal.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
