Job Description
Are you enthusiastic, customer-focused, and looking for flexible work with weekly payouts? Prime Event Solutions is seeking energetic Ushering Team Members to join our roster for ongoing gigs across various events in Oshodi and wider Lagos. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry-level position with no prior experience required, as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience at every event.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at events.
- Efficiently direct guests to their designated seats, sections, or areas.
- Provide clear and concise information about event schedules, facilities, and procedures.
- Manage queues and ensure orderly entry and exit of attendees.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, offering assistance as needed.
- Monitor event areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with emergency procedures, crowd control, and general event flow.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, security, and vendors to ensure a successful event.
