Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Night Shift Club Servers to join the Vibe Nightclub team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Night Shift Club Server, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a daily share of the service charge, reflecting your direct contribution to our guests’ satisfaction and the club’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus for drinks and light snacks.
- Accurately take and process food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve alcoholic beverages and food items promptly and efficiently, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, tables, and bar sections throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
- Availability to work late night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry (6 months preferred).
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Knowledge of basic cocktails and beverage service.
- A passion for music and the nightlife scene.
