Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Server to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, whether you are an experienced professional or looking to start your career. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Handle bill payments accurately and process transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
