Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Cocktail Waitress at The Oasis Lounge & Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a lively setting, and is motivated by high earning potential through tips. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you excel in this role. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking drink orders, serving cocktails and beverages, and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable time. A professional uniform will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and present cocktail menus
- Take accurate drink orders and communicate them clearly to the bar staff
- Serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages promptly and courteously
- Monitor guest needs and anticipate further orders or assistance
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas and tables
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for all patrons
- Handle minor guest inquiries or direct them to management
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times
