Job Description
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and looking for an opportunity to represent exciting brands? Connect Marketing Services is seeking vibrant Brand Activation Ushers to join our dynamic team in Festac Town, Lagos. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about engaging with people and promoting products, with the added benefit of daily pay and feeding allowances. As a Brand Activation Usher, you will be the face of various leading brands, creating memorable experiences for consumers. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, approachable, and eager to make a positive impact. Full training will be provided, making this a perfect role for those with no prior experience in brand activation or promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with consumers at designated activation points to generate interest in the brand or product.
- Clearly and enthusiastically communicating brand messages, product features, and promotional offers.
- Distributing marketing materials such as flyers, samples, and merchandise to potential customers.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials.
- Ensuring a clean, inviting, and visually appealing activation space at all times.
- Maintaining a positive and professional brand image throughout all interactions.
- Collecting customer feedback and relaying important insights to the team lead.
- Working collaboratively with other ushers and team members to achieve activation goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
- High level of energy and proactiveness in engaging with the public.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks associated with event setup.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic literacy and ability to follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotional activities is a plus, but not required.
- Fluency in local Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) in addition to English.
- Familiarity with the Festac Town community and surrounding areas.
