Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Ushers. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of major events in Festac Town. As an Event Usher, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as full training will be provided. A uniform will be supplied, and transport will be arranged for event days to ensure you arrive punctually and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct event attendees to their designated seats or areas.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to event rules and safety regulations.
- Handle guest concerns or issues with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
- Assist with crowd management and emergency procedures.
- Distribute programs, flyers, or promotional materials as required.
- Ensure assigned areas are kept tidy and presentable before, during, and after events.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of local event venues in Festac Town.
- Ability to speak multiple local languages.
