Job Description
Join Filmhouse Cinemas as an Event Usher and become a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for all attendees at our various events. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in events and customer service. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and we will provide all necessary training. A uniform will be provided for you, and transport will be arranged to and from event locations to ensure your convenience and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at events.
- Verify tickets and direct attendees to their correct seating areas or event zones.
- Provide clear directions and information about event facilities, schedules, and exits.
- Assist guests with inquiries, lost items, or any special needs.
- Maintain order and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all attendees.
- Help manage queues and crowd flow efficiently.
- Report any issues or incidents to event management promptly.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as required.
- Ensure compliance with all venue and event policies.
