Job Description
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Baristas & Smoothie Servers to join our team at our new high-end cafe in Sangotedo. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand that values quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, refreshing smoothies, and other beverages, ensuring every customer receives a premium experience. While previous experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality environment. Full training on our specific recipes, equipment, and high service standards will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) and delicious smoothies according to Hans & René's recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other cafe equipment with care and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment, including the serving area, equipment, and customer seating.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, fruits, and other ingredients, reporting stock needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for positive resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
