Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for excellent customer service? The Golden Spatula Diner on Victoria Island is urgently seeking enthusiastic waitresses to join our fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation.
