Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Printing Press Finishing Hand to join our production team in Ikeja. In this role, you will be crucial in the final stages of our printing process, primarily focusing on the accurate folding and secure bagging of printed materials. You will work closely with press operators and other finishing staff to ensure all products meet our stringent quality standards before dispatch. This position requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow within the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor folding machines to ensure precise and consistent folds on various printed materials.
- Perform manual folding tasks for specialized or delicate print jobs.
- Bag and package finished products according to client specifications and company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished materials for accuracy, defects, and adherence to order requirements.
- Assist with general bindery tasks and machine setup as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
