Job Description
Are you a welcoming and friendly individual looking for an evening role in a dynamic environment? SkyConnect Lounges is seeking a dedicated Lounge Greeter to join our team in Oshodi for the evening shift. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in hospitality and customer service. We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above prior experience, providing comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your primary role will be to create a warm and professional first impression for our esteemed guests, guiding them through our exclusive lounge experience. As a special benefit for our evening team, free drop-off service is provided for your convenience and safety after your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival to the lounge.
- Verify guest eligibility for lounge access and process entries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about lounge amenities, services, and policies.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and offer support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Liaise effectively with other lounge staff (e.g., catering, cleaning) to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Handle minor guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
