Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as Event Ushers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of high-profile events at one of Lagos’s most prestigious venues. As an Event Usher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of various events by providing exceptional guest service, guiding attendees, and maintaining an orderly environment. We value a positive attitude and a proactive approach, and no prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their assigned seats or designated areas.
- Provide information regarding event schedules, facilities, and other relevant details.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to venue policies.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as instructed.
- Collaborate with event management and security teams to ensure guest comfort and safety.
- Manage crowd flow and help maintain an orderly and pleasant atmosphere.
- Assist with setup and breakdown tasks as needed before and after events.
