Job Description
Join our dynamic production team at Cadbury Nigeria PLC as a Biscuit & Confectionery Factory Worker. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in food manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our biscuit and confectionery production lines, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is necessary. A staff bus service is available for convenient commuting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery for biscuit and confectionery items, under supervision.
- Ensure production processes adhere to company quality and safety standards.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
