Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, drafting HR-related documents, and managing new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as directed by senior HR staff.
- Help organize and manage training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A genuine interest in Human Resources and people management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an office administrative role or customer service.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus, but not required.
