Job Description
We are offering an exciting unpaid internship opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Student to gain practical experience within our busy Dubbo office. This placement is ideal for students seeking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world corporate setting and develop foundational administrative skills. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the daily operations of our administrative team while receiving mentorship and exposure to various aspects of a financial services environment. This is a non-salaried placement designed purely for educational and professional development purposes. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general office administration tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Supporting the team with document preparation and management.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Organising and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing front-desk support, including greeting visitors and answering general inquiries.
- Learning and adhering to company administrative policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a relevant business, administration, or related tertiary program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
